Yes we can pick up your junk if you’re not on site given items are easily accessible and payment can be sorted over the phone.

Yes! Our No Contact Junk Removal service allows us to remove items without direct contact to ensure the comfort and safety of our customers and our teams. At Removerz we do our best to be health-conscious, not just for the safety of our clients but also for our team members. One of the ways which we do this is by encouraging a contactless service where clients we work with place all items for pickup in accessible spots. 

We offer a same and next day service depending on the availability of our local teams in your area. A confirmed message will be sent the day before your appointment. Our team will call 15 to 30 minutes prior to arrival and upon arrival.

Unfortunately, Removerz is not a free pickup service. However we aim to keep prices as competitive as possible through donations, recycling and refurbishing.

In order to make sure we provide accurate pricing, we often need to see your items in person before we can give you a final price. As soon as our friendly team arrives, they’ll take a look at all of the items you want to have removed and provide an exact price before starting the work. We only begin the job if you are satisfied with the quote, so if you choose not to go ahead with the service, just say the word and we’ll be off on their way.

 

We accept cash, e-transfer and major credit cards. Payment is collected after the job is completed and a receipt will be provided after payment is received.

 

Removerz is a pick up service, our office locations are dedicated to staff training, storage and dispatch and are not drop off locations.

 

Yes, we’re fully licensed and insured! We have insurance covering damages to both persons and property for all bookings.

 

We work both weekends and weekdays, and can arrange for after-hours appointments. Our call center is open 24/7, all year round, and you can always book online

 

Removerz services all of the lower mainland in British Columbia

Yes we donate. Removerz is dedicated to contributing to its community by giving away items that can be reused by others. We do this by partnering with local businesses, churches and charitable organizations. We also donate in a bid to keep items out of the landfill thus avoiding landfill charges and keeping prices customer friendly.

We do take drywall given it doesn’t contain asbestos. Upon arrival our carriers will either require a copy of an asbestos report or drywall to be dated at the back.

All of our Removerz teams are fully trained and equipped to handle the disposal of your junk including those with bed bugs

 

No drywall doesn’t have to be bagged, at Removerz we offer a full pickup service and as such handle all the dirty work. However we still accept bagged drywall.

We take almost all non-hazardous items, for a comprehensive list of what we usually pickup

We typically don’t take toxic or hazardous and are also unable to take car or truck chassis
